Small, sweet snack peppers filled with a cream cheese mixture. Easy to make and tasty to eat as a snack, appetizer or side dish.
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. You can use a baking tray or a jalapeño rack, as shown on the picture. If you use a baking tray, place some baking paper on the baking tray. Remove the top or cut them through the middle and remove the seeds.
2Finely chop the garlic and red pepper. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic and red pepper. And add Italian herbs, pepper and salt to taste.
3Fill the snack peppers with the filling and place them in the jalapeño rack or place them on the baking tray. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and has a light brown colour.
