Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. You can use a baking tray or a jalapeño rack, as in the picture. If you use a baking tray, place some baking paper on the tray. Remove the top of the snack peppers and remove the seeds, or cut them in half.
Finely chop the garlic and red pepper. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic and red pepper. And add Italian herbs, pepper and salt to taste.
Fill the snack peppers with the filling and place them in the jalapeño rack or place them on the baking tray. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and has a light brown colour.
