    The fresh curry leaves, also known as sweet neem leaves or karuveppilai, originally come from curry trees from India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The leaves are widely used in the Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine. These can be used as a seasoning and added to a dish. If the leaves have already become harder, you can cut the leaves into thin strips and take them out before eating. If you cannot process all the curry leaves fresh, you can also freeze them or dry them on a piece of paper (place this in a dry and warm place). You can order the Curry leaves per 10 or 500 gram. This product is sold in a paper package in which the curry leaves can still 'breathe', so it stays optimally fresh.

Naga Jolokia, also known as Bhut Jolokia and the Ghost pepper, scores on the Scoville scale as one of the hottest chilies in the world. In 2007 this was the hottest pepper in the world, but this title was later taken over by the Trinidad Scorpion and now the Carolina Reaper. This sauce is for people who dare to use these kinds of extremely hot sauces! The sauce is made from pure peppers with minimal additions and is therefore rich in taste. Our sauces contain no colour additives and are handmade at a local farm in small series with simple fresh ingredients. Warning: Be careful when processing this sauce! The sauces of Westlandpeppers can be ordered per 150ml bottle.
