Here's how to make it

1
Give those Pimientos de Padron peppers a good wash and let them drain.

2
You can bake or grill your Padron peppers in a pan or oven with a drizzle of olive oil. If you're using a pan, stir them often, and if they're in the oven, give them a flip or a stir halfway through. You want them to be nicely browned and slightly caramelized on all sides. They should get soft, but still have a little bite to them. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes in a pan over medium heat, or 15-20 minutes in the oven (at 175 degrees Celsius). Once they're done, sprinkle some (sea)salt over them to taste and serve 'em up right away! Oh, and you can totally throw these on the BBQ too.

Ingredients

sea salt, for example
  • olive oil
