Kapsalon Padron Nachos Westlandpeppers

Here's how to make it

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Put the Pimientos de Padron peppers in a grilling dish or your own oven dish. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and drizzle with a little olive oil and hot sauce.

Bake this in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. The peppers are ready when they're soft and slightly browned. Add the nacho chips during the last 5 minutes. Finish with a pinch of sea salt to taste. Serve the kapsalon with sour cream and extra hot sauce.
