Here's how to make it

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. You can use a baking sheet or a jalapeño rack, just like you see in the picture. If you're going with a baking sheet, make sure to line it with some parchment paper. Now, remove the tops of your snack peppers and scoop out the seeds, or simply cut them in half.

Finely chop the garlic and red pepper. Then, mix the cream cheese with the chopped garlic and red pepper. Don't forget to add Italian herbs, pepper, and salt to your liking!

Fill those snack peppers with your yummy mixture and pop them into the jalapeño rack or onto the baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is all melted and has a lovely light brown color.
