The Copenhagen Hot Sauces are created by Johns Hotdog Deli, an iconic hotdog restaurant/food truck in Copenhagen. He started making his own spicy sauces to give his Danish hotdog ‘rødpølser’ a unique flavour, from mild spicy to super spicy, something for everyone! The sauces have a thickness of tabasco and are delicious on so much more than just hot dogs…

Grøn Jalapeños – 150ml
A fermented hot sauce based on green Jalapeño. The Jalapeño is a medium-sized, crunchy, mildly spicy pepper used in many Mexican dishes. Very tasty on Mexican dishes, but of course on other dishes too!

Ingredients:
– green Jalapeños (6o.4%)
– vinegar (32.2%)
– salt
– sugar
– garlic
– xanthan gum (thickening agent gluten-free)

Rød Habanero – 150ml
A fermented hot sauce based on red Habanero. Add this hot sauce to your marinades or mix a spoonful into your favourite mayo for a tasty spicy falafel or pokebowl. Cone your other hot sauces off the table and give this hot sauce a place of honour on your table or in the fridge.

Ingredients:
– red Habaneros (58.1%)
– vinegar (31%)
– salt
– sugar
– garlic
– xanthan gum (thickening agent gluten-free)

The Hot Sauce is made by our great friend John Jensen in Copenhagen, known for John’s Hotdog Deli. The fermented sauces are made with Habanero and Jalapeño peppers from Westland Peppers.
