Here's how to make it

1
Melt your dark chocolate using a double boiler. Just place a heatproof bowl over a pan with a little water. Pop the chocolate in the bowl and stir until it's all melted. Be super careful though, you don't want any water getting into the chocolate!

2
Once your chocolate is all melted, stir in the Arbol chili flakes, cinnamon, and sea salt really well.

3
Fill your chocolate letter mold with the melted chocolate and smooth it out. Pop the mold in the fridge for at least 1 to 2 hours. Once the chocolate is completely firm, you can carefully remove the letter from the mold by gently tapping it against your countertop. It should come right out!

Tip

1
Fill your chocolate letter with your favorite dried pepper. For a super spicy chocolate letter, you could use ground dried Naga Jolokia, or make a white chocolate letter with Madame Jeanette Flakes.

2
Want some extra variety? Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit!

Ingredients

  • 400g dark chocolate
