Here's how to make it

Grab our Mexican Salsa Verde kit, featuring Westlandpeppers products: 6 tomatillos, 2 Jalapeño peppers, 1 clove of garlic, and 1 red onion.

Preheat your oven to grill mode and roast the tomatillos, jalapeño, garlic, and onion on a baking sheet. Do this for about 5-10 minutes until they're nicely charred.

Blend the roasted vegetables in a blender or with an immersion blender. Season with salt, pepper, and cilantro. Let the sauce chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can really meld together.
