Here's how to make it

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Put the Pimientos de Padron peppers in the grill dish or a private baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and drizzle with a little olive oil and hot sauce.

Bake this in the oven for about 15-20 minutes in the oven. The peppers are done when they are soft with a bit of a brown color. In the last 5 minutes, add the nacho chips. Finish with a little sea salt to taste. Serve the kapsalon with sour cream and extra hot sauce.

Ingredients

150 g small package
Your favorite hot sauce, for example the Cayenne Crush
sea salt, for example
  • 100 g nacho chips
  • 125 g sour cream
  • grated cheddar
