Keep it in a cool, dark spot. Once opened, pop it in the fridge.

Check the best-before date on the package. But honestly, it can last longer if it still looks, smells, and tastes fine. Here's a tip: always use a clean spoon to scoop it out – that'll help keep it fresh for longer!

The Surinamese Hotsauce is produced by Kesbeke Fijne Tafelzuren Bv, commissioned by Tjin's.
