Making your own sambal is super fun and easy with this sambal kit. It comes with two different types of peppers for making sambal. Sambal is a spicy Indonesian sauce made from ground peppers. You can add sambal to any dish, and there are tons of different variations! We've put together two different kits for red and yellow sambal. The red sambal kit includes Rawit and red Spanish peppers, while the yellow sambal kit features Madame Jeanette and yellow peppers. Click here to check out the sambal recipe.

– 250 grams of red Spanish peppers
– 3 Rawit peppers
– 2 solo garlic cloves

During the summer season (April-November), we grow fresh peppers in our own greenhouses here in the Netherlands. In the winter season (November-April), our own growers cultivate fresh peppers in Spain, Israel, and Morocco.
