Here's how to make it

1
Melt the dark chocolate au bain-marie. You do this by placing a heatproof bowl on a pan with a layer of water. Place the chocolate in the bowl and let it melt while stirring. Stir carefully, as no water should get into the chocolate.

2
When the chocolate is completely melted add the Arbol chili flakes, cinnamon and sea salt and stir well.

3
Fill the chocolate letter mold with the melted chocolate and smooth well. Place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours. Once the chocolate has fully stiffened, you can carefully remove the letter from the mold by tapping it against the countertop. The letter should come off by itself.

Tip

1
Fill the chocolate letter with your favorite dried pepper. For a super spicy chocolate letter, for example, use ground dried Naga Jolokia or make a white chocolate letter with Madame Jeanette Flakes.

2
You can also add nuts or dried fruit for extra variety!

Ingredients

  • 400 g dark chocolate
