Here's how to make it

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. You can use a baking sheet or a jalapeño rack, as shown. If you use a baking sheet place some baking paper on the rack. Remove the top of the snack peppers and remove the seeds, or cut them in half.

Finely chop the garlic and red pepper. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic and red pepper. And add Italian herbs, pepper and salt to taste.

Fill the snack peppers with the filling and place in the jalapeño rack or place on the baking sheet. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until melted and lightly browned.
