Chili con Carne Kit WSDP

Chili con carne. Many people think of it as a dish with kidney beans in a minced meat sauce, a favorite at school camps and youth hostels. But the guys from Wat Schaft De Podcast went looking for the origin of Chili con carne and discovered a completely different dish. Texas Chili is a deep, smoky, layered beef stew. This dish features several dried peppers, all of which we have in our assortment.

That's why Wat Schaft De Podcast asked if we could put together a kit for it. We thought that was a great idea, and now listeners can order a complete package with both dried and fresh peppers. This way, listeners can order a complete kit to make Texas Chili Con Carne at home.

The kit includes a mix of different peppers to make Texas Chili con carne, following the recipe from Wat Schaft De Podcast! It also contains a description of the recipe for one serving: for 4-6 people. For that, you'll use half of the peppers in the kit. Click here to listen to the podcast and check out the recipe.
