The Corno di Toro is a large, long pointed pepper that originally comes from Italy. 'Corno di Toro' is Italian for 'Horn of a bull', and refers to the long shape and curve of this sweet variety. The 'Corno di Toro' pointed pepper has thin walls, making them perfect for grilling or baking. They're also delicious in a salad, but just like bell peppers, you can use them in all sorts of dishes.
They're delicious stuffed with feta and oregano, then grilled in the oven or on the BBQ.

Keep your fresh bell peppers in a cool, dark spot like a utility room, cellar, or shed. The perfect temperature is between 12°C and 15°C; this will keep your bell peppers fresh for about 7 days.
This product is grown in our greenhouses in the Netherlands and is available from March to November. It's not available from November to March because it's not grown by our growers abroad.
