During the summer season (June-November), we grow this product in our own greenhouses in the Netherlands. In the winter season (January-April), our own growers in Spain cultivate this product.
The Aji Amarillo takes longer to change from green to orange compared to other peppers, which means this pepper is limited or unavailable during November, December, April, and May.
