Flying Hot Saucer makes unique, naturally fermented hot sauces with a rich and deep flavor profile. Founder Kevin combines his passion for spicy food, fermentation and cozy dining to create exciting sauces where heat and flavor are perfectly balanced. Each sauce is designed so that hot peppers stand out, balanced with the natural sweetness and sourness of different fruits and vegetables, creating unique combinations.
The sauces are not only very tasty, but also packed with health benefits thanks to the natural fermentation process. This process helps the body break down food and absorb nutrients better, contributing to better gut health. The sauce is then pasteurized to remove all the bad bacteria and extend its shelf life.
The sauces are naturally fermented without the addition of salt, sugar, fats, chemical preservatives and E numbers.
Spooky Reaper - 125g
Our Spooky Reaper is our first Super Hot! It gets its name from its bright purple color and strong presence of Carolina Reapers combined with Ghost peppers, red cayenne peppers, carrots and beet. Perfect with baked salmon or game.

Jalapeno Comet
A fresh green sauce made with jalapeño, green chili peppers, tomatillo and green onion, inspired by Mexican salsa. It is made with only fresh chilies and is naturally fermented for two weeks for a tasty, slightly sour and salty, spicy sauce with a low spiciness. Delicious with fries, eggs or pulled pork.

Habs Invasion
