Are you a fan of spicy flavors and want to learn how to make the ultimate hot sauce yourself? Join our exclusive Hot Sauce Fermentation Workshop! In collaboration with Kevin from Hot Head Salsa, we will take you on a journey into the world of fermentation and chili peppers.

We start the morning with a tour of our greenhouses. Discover the growing process, ask all your questions, take photos, and enjoy the smell and color of fresh plants and peppers. Then we dive into the world of fermentation: you will learn about the history, science, and flavor profiles of peppers. After tasting different hot sauces, we share practical fermentation tips, such as hygiene and temperature control.

Then comes the best part: getting started yourself! You choose your ingredients and make your own unique hot sauce. At the end of the workshop you will not only have new knowledge and skills, but also a 0.5L jar full of your own creation to ferment further at home.
