Here's how to make it

1
Wash the jalapeños clean and make a slit down the length of the pepper. Remove the seeds with a small spoon or knife.

2
Mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, milk and cumin in a small bowl until smooth. Fill the jalapeño peppers with the mixture and press tightly.

3
Prepare 3 plates; one with flour, one with beaten eggs and one with breadcrumbs. Get the stuffed peppers first through the flour, then through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. If you want an extra crispy crust get them through the egg and breadcrumbs again.

4
Heat the oil in a pan, a small layer is enough because you can also flip the peppers. The oil is at a good temperature when a wooden ladle starts bubbling if you hold it in briefly. Deep-fry the peppers for about 3 to 5 minutes until crispy and brown. If you have a deep fryer or air fryer you can of course fry them in there as well. Put your deep fryer on 180 degrees and fry them brown in 3 to 5 minutes. Set your airfryer to 200 degrees and fry them brown in 10 to 12 minutes.
