Keep your fresh peppers in the fridge or a cool, dark spot like a pantry, cellar, or shed. The ideal temperature is between 10°C and 13°C; this will keep them fresh for the longest, about 7 to 14 days. You can also freeze your peppers. Click here for more info on freezing peppers or other ways to keep them fresh for a long time.
During the summer season (April-November), we grow fresh peppers in our own greenhouses here in the Netherlands. In the winter season (November-April), our own growers cultivate fresh peppers in Spain, Israel, and Morocco.
