Magic miso mayo is a delicious, slightly spicy and flavourful mayonnaise. The mayonnaise is flavoured with white miso, Aji Amarillo Paste, white wine vinegar and lime juice. The addition of Aji Amarillo Paste gives it a Peruvian touch and makes it the ideal mayonnaise for Nikkei cuisine. The result is a mayonnaise with a magical umami flavour. You can use Magic mayo as a dip, in dressings, on sushi, burgers or tacos.

The Magic mayo is made according to recipe of Katinka Lansink Dodero. And this product is produced by Katinka and Bram, of Westlandpeppers. The recipe is also in, ‘Cocina Nikkei’, Katinka’s new cookbook. And is a key ingredient for many recipes in the book.

Store the sauce in a cool, dark and dry place. For example, in the cellar or a cool pantry. After opening store in the refrigerator.

See the beste before date on the label of the jar. After opening, the shelf life is limited. We recommend 4 weeks, but can be longer if it still looks, smells and tastes good.

The sauces are produced at a local company in the Netherlands, in small batches to ensure an exclusive product. The Aji Amarillo peppers used in this sauce come from the Netherlands (April-November) or Spain and Morocco (November-April).
