Jalamayo is a delicious natural mayonnaise with a fantastic spicy kick from fresh Jalapeño peppers. Spicy, yet creamy and above all very tasty. The jalamayo taste, for example, very good with empanadas, tortillas, hamburgers, snacks or sushi.

The jalamayo is made in collaboration with Katinka Lansink Dodero ‘alias cevicheceviche’. The recipe was developed by Katinka and Bram Kloosterman of Westlandpeppers. Together, they have mastered the recipe with perfect flavour and a long shelf life without preservatives. Made from fresh Jalapeño peppers!

Store the sauce in a cool, dark and dry place. For example, in the cellar or a cool pantry. After opening store in the refrigerator.

See the beste before date on the label of the jar. After opening, the shelf life is limited. We recommend 4 weeks, but can be longer if it still looks, smells and tastes good.

The sauces are produced at a local company in the Netherlands, in small batches to ensure an exclusive product. The fresh Jalapeño peppers that are processed in this sauce come from the Netherlands (April-November) or Spain and Morocco (November-April).

The sauces are produced when we have enough fresh peppers in stock. This may result in a sauce not being available for a longer period of time.
