Jalamayo is a delicious natural mayonnaise with a fantastic spicy kick from fresh Jalapeño chili peppers. Spicy, yet creamy and above all very tasty. Jalamayo is the ideal combo for with empanadas, tortillas, burgers, snacks or sushi.
The Jalamayo was created in collaboration with Katinka Lansink Dodero. The recipe was developed by Katinka and Bram Kloosterman, of Westlandpeppers. Together they mastered the recipe with perfect taste and long shelf life without artificial preservatives, flavorings or colorings. Made from fresh Jalapeño peppers!

Store the sauce cool, dark and dry. For example, in the cellar or a cool pantry. After opening, store in the refrigerator.

The sauces are produced when we have enough fresh chili peppers in stock. Therefore, a sauce may not be available for an extended period of time.
