Are you curious about where our special peppers come from and how to use them in Peruvian cuisine? Then come to our Guided Tour + Aji Day at Westlandpeppers on Friday, September 11!
During this unique experience, we will take you on a behind-the-scenes tour of our greenhouse. You will see where and how our chili peppers are grown, hear fun facts about cultivation and have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Then it's time for the taste experience: a cooking demo by Katinka Lansink Dodero, also known as ceviche ceviche. With tasting of authentic Peruvian dishes, in which our peppers of course play the main role. Be surprised by colorful flavors, fragrant peppers and inspiring recipes!
