The Corno di Toro is a pointed pepper. The bell pepper comes originally from Italy. ‘Corno di Toro’ is Italian for ‘Horn of a bull’, and refers to the long shape and curvature of this sweet pointed pepper. The Corno di Toro is a thin-walled pepper, which makes it very suitable for grilling and filling. It is also a delicious to add in a salad, but like a bell pepper, it can be used for all sorts of dishes.
Delicious when stuffed with feta and oregano and then grilled in the oven or on the BBQ.
