In addition to its extreme spiciness, the Trinidad Scorpion also has a tropical Caribbean flavor with a fruity character, although it is often overwhelmed by the spiciness. Made from pure peppers with minimal additives, Trinidad Scorpion sauce is rich in flavor. The sauce contains no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
