If an order weighs more than 17kg, the order will be split into several parts. This is because of the Occupational Health and Safety Act for DHL's carrier. Because the order is packed and shipped in multiple parts, you will also pay more shipping costs.
When ordered before 9:30 a.m. on weekdays, the order will be processed and made the same business day. Provided all products ordered are in stock. Please note that orders placed after 10 a.m. Friday morning will not be processed before the weekend. This will be done on Monday! This is to prevent the (fresh) products from unnecessarily staying in (hot) depots all weekend.
Netherlands: 1-2 working days
Belgium: 1-3 working days
Germany: 2-4 working days
France: 2-4 working days
Other countries: 2 -5 working days
Once your order has been processed and picked up by DHL, you will receive a Track & Trace code. With this code you can see exactly where the package is located. Please note! It is possible that due to the settings of your e-mail address, the e-mail from DHL with the Track & Trace code ended up in the spam box. It is also possible that it takes several hours before DHL's schedule becomes visible.
All products except unused accessories cannot be returned. Given the nature of the products, it is not responsible for food safety and hygiene to return the products. This is because they are (fresh) food.
If you have a complaint about the products delivered or about your order please send an email to westlandpeppersinfo@gmail.com. If the complaint is about damaged / moldy products we ask you to let us know within 1 business day, after receiving the products, by emailing us with clear photo of the products. Then we can come to a solution.
