This package contains 10 different types of chili peppers, ranging from mild to super hot; there will be 2 of each type in the package. To ensure we can always deliver this package, we’ll check our inventory, so the package does not contain 10 fixed types of chili peppers. We carry the super-hot Carolina Reaper, Naga Jolokia, and Gator Jigsaw in our selection, but these varieties may not be available. In that case, we do have the spicy Habaneros and Madame Jeannette peppers, for example.
The pepper challenge package consists of 10 different pepper varieties and colors, there will be 2 pieces of each variety in it. So there are not 10 fixed varieties in this package, it is a good variety from mild spicy to very spicy, based on what we have in stock.

Store fresh chilies in the refrigerator or a cool dark place in a pantry, basement cupboard, shed, etc. Ideal temperature is between 10°C and 13°C, that's when the peppers stay good the longest, about 7 to 14 days. It is also possible to freeze the peppers. Click here for more information on freezing peppers or other ways to keep them for a long time.
In the summer season (April-November) the peppers are grown in the Netherlands in our own greenhouses. In the winter season (November-April) the peppers are grown in the countries Spain, Israel & Morocco by our own growers, with whom we have been working together for 15+ years.
