Tostadas are toasted corn tortillas that you can top with the most delicious toppings! Each tostada is made the traditional Mexican way by Taiyari. For this, they nixtamalize organic and non-gmo corn and grind it into fresh dough using volcanic stones. This dough is used to make the tortilla and this corn tortilla is baked by hand in the oven. Unlike other tortillas on the market, Taiyari does not use flour or cornmeal. This ensures that the corn tortilla and thus the tostadas have a better taste and texture. Also, through this process, they preserve the natural nutrients that the corn contains. Tortilleria Taiyari has been the first authentic Mexican tortilla bakery in the Netherlands and Belgium since 2016 and the tostadas can be ordered from us.
This product is carefully packed, but it is always possible that some tostadas may break during making or transportation. Please take this into consideration.

Taiyari uses certified organic and non-gmo corn for all products and this is sustainably produced according to traditional Mexican processes in the Netherlands.
