We'll kick off the morning with a tour of our greenhouses. Discover the growing process, ask all your questions, snap some photos, and soak in the amazing scents and colors of fresh plants & peppers. After that, we'll dive into the world of hot sauce! You'll get acquainted with the Flavour Wheel Method: a clear, professional way to build hot sauce in layers.
