We'll kick off the morning with a tour through our greenhouses. Discover the growing process, ask all your questions, take photos, and enjoy the scent and vibrant colors of fresh plants & peppers. Then we'll dive into the world of fermentation: you'll learn about the history, science, and flavor profiles of peppers. After a tasting of various hot sauces, we'll share practical fermentation tips, like hygiene and temperature control.

Then comes the best part: getting hands-on! You'll pick your ingredients and create your very own unique hot sauce. By the end of the workshop, you'll not only have new knowledge and skills but also a 0.5L jar packed with your own creation to take home and let ferment further.
