The Corno di Toro is a large, long pointed bell pepper native to Italy. 'Corno di Toro' is Italian for 'Horn of a bull,' and refers to the long shape and curvature of this sweet variety. The pointed bell pepper 'Corno di Toro' is a thin-walled bell pepper, which makes them great for grilling or baking. It is also a tasty bell pepper to put in a salad, but like the block bell pepper, it can be used for all kinds of dishes.
Delicious to stuff with feta and oregano and then grill in the oven or on the BBQ.

Store fresh peppers in a cool dark place in a pantry, cellar cupboard, shed, etc. Ideal temperature is between 12°C and 15°C, that's when peppers stay good the longest, about 7 days.
This product is grown in our greenhouses in the Netherlands and is available from March to November. From November to March this product is not available because it is not grown at our growers in Spain, Israel & Morocco.
