It is the most widely used chilli pepper in Peru and by adding the Aji Amarillo Paste to a dish you create the taste of Peru in your own kitchen!

The Aji Amarillo Paste was made in cooperation with Katinka Lansink Dodero, alias cevicheceviche, for her cookbook ‘Mi Casa Peru’. The recipe is developed by Katinka and Bram Kloosterman, of Westlandpeppers. Together, they have mastered the recipe with perfect flavour and long shelf life without preservatives. Made from fresh Peruvian peppers from the Netherlands! You will need the Aji Amarillopaste to make a number of recipes from the book.
