Store in the provided jar in a spice drawer or pantry.
See packaging for THT date. After the THT date, the quality of the product may deteriorate, but it usually still tastes good. Look, smell and taste after the date to see if it still tastes good.
In the summer season (May-November) habanero peppers are grown in the Netherlands in our own greenhouses. In the winter season (November-April) they are grown in Israel & Morocco by our own growers.
The peppers are dried at our location in 's-Gravenzande in a special drying cell. After drying, the peppers are ground into flakes. We do this mainly when we have enough of the chilies in stock. Therefore, this product may not be available for a longer period of time.
