The small plants are placed on coconut coir mats and then connected to a drip irrigation system. The coir mats provide a good growing medium for the pepper plants. And with the many different varieties of peppers and bell peppers we grow, the drip irrigation system ensures that each plant receives exactly the right amount of water and nutrients!

After that, our plants need plenty of time to grow. For some varieties, like the witpunt, shakira, and green jalapeño, we can start harvesting as early as February or March. But for others, like the super hots and Aji Amarillo, we have to wait until May. It really depends on the type and color!
