Currybomb 200ml – with Westlandpeppers curry leaves
Indian inspired chili oil. Curry leaves and spices are tempered in hot oil to create a full flavoured spiced condiment. Perfect for using to make a quick and healthy dal or stew, garnish a soup or flavour an egg salad sandwich.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, mustard seeds, chilli, Curry Leaves, cumin, nigella.

Yum Phrik 200ml – with Westlandpeppers Rawit and Spanish chillies
Thai inspired chili oil with markut lime leaves and roasted rice. Real good on a poke bowl, to spice up a stir fry or mix with yoghurt and coriander for a BBQ dip. Also delicious on a chicken sandwich.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, chili, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, sticky rice, makrut lime leaves, onion, coconut sugar, ‘Zeeuwsche zoute’ salt.
