Try 4 different flavours with the handy try-out pack, with small jars to try out or go for the big jar of Yum Phrik for Thai meals. Easily add to your dishes or as a seasoning while cooking. Thai inspired chili oil with markut lime leaves and roasted rice. Real good on a poke bowl, to spice up a stir fry or mix with yoghurt and coriander for a BBQ dip. Also delicious on a chicken sandwich.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, chili, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, sticky rice, makrut lime leaves, onion, coconut sugar, ‘Zeeuwsche zoute’ salt.

Ingredients: onion, chili, tamarind, ginger, soy, garlic, soybean oil, lemongrass, coconut, sugar, salt
– 1x 40ml Crunchy Spice – A Chinese-style crispy chili oil, with crunchy shallots, garlic, peanuts and sesame seeds. Delicious on eggs, noodles, rice or an avocado sandwich.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, chili, peanuts, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, spices, ‘Zeeuwsche zoute’ salt.
– 1x 40ml Currybomb – Indian inspired chili oil. Curry leaves and spices are tempered in hot oil to create a full flavoured spiced condiment. Perfect for using to make a quick and healthy dal or stew, garnish a soup or flavour an egg salad sandwich. (with Westlandpeppers curry leaves)

Store the chili oils, dark and dry. For example, in the cellar or a cool pantry. After opening, store in the fridge to preserve crunchiness.

See the best before date on the lid of the jar. But can keep longer if it still looks, smells and tastes good. Tip use a clean spoon to scoop it out, this way you extend the shelf life.
