Store in the provided jar in a spice drawer or pantry.
See packaging for best-before date. After the best-before date, the product's quality might decline, but it usually still tastes good. After the date, check, smell, and taste to see if it's still good.
In the summer season (May-November), we grow our habanero peppers right here in the Netherlands, in our very own greenhouses. Then, during the winter season (November-April), our awesome growers cultivate them in Israel & Morocco.
We dry our peppers at our 's-Gravenzande spot in a special drying cell. Once they're dry, we grind them into flakes. We usually do this when we've got plenty of peppers in stock. So, it's possible this product might be out of stock for a while.
