Store fresh Ají limón chili peppers in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry, basement closet, or shed. The ideal temperature is between 10°C and 13°C; at this temperature, the peppers will keep the longest—about 7 to 14 days. It’s also possible to freeze the peppers. During the summer season (June–November), this product is grown in the Netherlands in our own greenhouses.
This pepper is available exclusively this year during the Dutch season, from now until the end of October.
