When we were asked to participate in the route we were immediately excited! We love talking about our passion and how we grow fresh peppers in the greenhouses. And it's extra nice that Bezoek Westland visited us to make a video. This allows us to give people a peek inside our company. We are in route 1 and next to our company you will cycle past 9 other horticultural companies.

The drying process significantly extends the life of peppers, they spoil less quickly, but they can also lose their flavor or shelf life after drying if you don't store them properly. Read our blog on how to best keep them good for a long time here.
