Make your own Hot Sauce!
Are you a lover of spicy flavors and want to learn how to make the ultimate hot sauce yourself? Join us for our exclusive Hot Sauce Fermentation Workshop! In collaboration with Hot Head Salsa, we will take you into the world of fermentation and chili peppers on May 17 or June 21.
You will be welcomed with a welcome drink, followed by a tour of our greenhouses. Discover the growing process, ask all your questions, take pictures and enjoy the smell and color of fresh plants & peppers. Then we will dive into the world of fermentation: you will learn about the history, science and flavor profiles of peppers. After a tasting of different hot sauces, we will share practical fermentation tips, such as hygiene and temperature control.
Then comes the best part: getting started yourself! You choose your ingredients and make your own unique hot sauce. At the end of the workshop you will not only have new knowledge and skills, but also a 0.5L jar full of your own creation to ferment further at home.

What to expect.
Curious about what goes on in our greenhouses and how the different varieties of peppers grow? Some Saturday mornings we will take you on an exclusive tour of our finest crops. Discover the growing process, ask all your questions, take pictures and enjoy the smell and color of fresh plants & peppers.
The greenhouse is buzzing with energy! The plants are in full bloom and bearing most of the fruit. All around you see color and growth.
The end of the season. The plants have been at their peak, the plants are growing to their peak and are a little drier. The last peppers are harvested and the greenhouse is getting ready for the big cleanup.
