Currybomb 200mlwith Westlandpeppers curry leaves
Indian inspired chilli oil. Curry leaves and spices are tempered in hot oil to create a full flavoured spiced condiment. Perfect for using to make a quick and healthy dal or stew, garnish a soup or flavour an egg salad sandwich.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, mustard seeds, chilli, Curry Leaves, cumin, nigella.

Yum Phrik 200mlwith Westlandpeppers Rawit and Spanish chillies
Thai inspired chilli oil with markut lime leaves and roasted rice. Real good on a poke bowl, to spice up a stir fry or mix with yoghurt and coriander for a BBQ dip. Also delicious on a chicken sandwich.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, chilli, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, sticky rice, makrut lime leaves, onion, coconut sugar, salt.

– Malaysian inspired sambal, based off the traditional sambal used for Nasi Lemak. The funky taste is usually from shrimp, but this sambal is vegan using fermented soybeans to give that good dirty funky taste that makes you want more. Delicious on coconut rice, fried tofu, as a marinade or even on a peanut butter sandwich.
Ingredients: Onion, chilli, tamarind, ginger, soybean, garlic, soybean oil, lemongrass, coconut sugar, salt.
– 1x 40ml Crunchy Spice – A Chinese style chilli crisp. Spice infused oil filled with crispy chilis flakes, sesame seeds, garlic, onion and peanuts. Real good on eggs, noodles, rice or an avocado sandwich.

See the best before date on the lid of the jar. But can keep longer if it still looks, smells and tastes good. Tip use a clean spoon to scoop it out, this way you extend the shelf life.
