Tacos are small, folded corn tortillas. With this recipe you make 12 tacos with a sweet spicy filling of snack peppers, poblano and yellow Sriracha sauce.
1Order the taco package with all the Westlandpeppers products. Chop the garlic and onion and cut the snack peppers, poblano and optionally other vegetables/chicken into pieces. Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. (If necessary, add chicken/meat and fry until cooked).
2Add the snack peppers, poblano and possibly other vegetables and fry this for about 3 minutes on a hot fire. Add a large dash of yellow sriracha sauce, pepper, salt and herbs to taste and leave on medium heat for 2 minutes while stirring.
3Cut the tomatillo and jalapeño into thin slices. Heat the tortilla by frying both sides in a frying pan for 20 to 25 seconds without oil or butter on medium heat. Fill the tortillas with the mixture and finish it with a slice of tomatillo and jalapeño.

1 (red) onion
1 clove of garlic
pepper, salt & spices
optionally chicken/minced meat or other vegetables of your choice.
