This is how you make it

1
Melt the dark chocolate au bain-marie. You do this by putting a heat-resistant bowl on a pan with a little water. Place the chocolate in the bowl and let it melt while stirring. Stir carefully, because you do not want any water getting into the chocolate.

2
When the chocolate has melted completely add the Arbol chilli flakes, cinnamon and sea salt and stir well.

3
Fill the chocolate letter form with the melted chocolate and smooth it out well. Place the mould in the fridge for at least 1 to 2 hours. As soon as the chocolate has completely hardened, you can carefully remove the letter from the mould by tapping it against the countertop. The letter should come loose by itself.

Tip

1
Fill the chocolate letter with your favourite dried pepper. For a super spicy chocolate letter use ground dried Naga Jolokia or make a white chocolate letter with Madame Jeanette Flakes.

2
You can also add nuts or dried fruit for extra variation!

Ingredients

  • 400 g dark chocolate
  • 1,5 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt or sea salt flakes
