Directions
1Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
2Put the Pimientos de Padron peppers and nacho chips in the grill dish or your own oven dish. Add the grated cheddar and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and Sriracha sauce.
3Bake this in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. The peppers are ready when they are soft and a bit brown. Finish it with a little bit sea salt to taste. Serve the nacho dish with sour cream and some Sriracha sauce.
