1Wash the jalapeños and make a cut along the length of the pepper. Remove the seeds with a small spoon or knife.

2Mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, milk and cumin finely in a bowl. Fill the jalapeño chillies with the mixture and press firmly.

3Make 3 plates; one with flour, one with beaten eggs and one with breadcrumbs. Pass the stuffed chillies first through the flour, then through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. If you want an extra crispy crust, put them through the egg and breadcrumbs again.

4Heat the oil in a pan, a small layer is enough because you can also turn the peppers. The pepper is good when it starts to fizzle in the pan. Deep fry the chillies in about 3 to 5 minutes crispy and brown. If you have a deep fryer or airfryer you can also fry them in it. Put your fryer or airfryer at 180 degrees and fry them in 3 to 5 minutes brown.

1Also delicious with bacon on the barbecue!
