Sugar-free Chili sauce

Ingredients Westlandpeppers

6 red sweet mini peppers

1 red pepper

1 solo garlic

2 g salt

10 ml olive oil


1 tsp maizena

25 ml vinegar

200 ml water


1Cut the pepper and sweet mini peppers in slices and chop the garlic finely.

2Combine the peppers, sweet mini peppers and garlic and heat it in a pan.

3When the garlic turns gold put the water and vinegar in the pan and let it boil for 2 minutes.

4Add maizena to bind the mixture and add 2 gram salt.

5Transfer the mixture to a food processor and purée shortly. Taste it and if necessary add more salt.

6Now you can make your funnel (see the back) and pour the sauce in the bottle. Finally you put the bottle of chili saus in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

7Put the lable with the durability date on the bottle and your homemade sauce is ready to use!
