This is how you make it

Order the Mexican Salsa Verde package with the Westlandpeppers products: 6 tomatillos, 2 Jalapeño peppers, 1 clove of garlic and 1 red onion.

Heat the oven to grill mode and roast the tomatillos, jalapeño, garlic and onion on a baking tray in the oven. Do this for about 5-10 minutes, until they are brown / slightly blackened.

Puree the roasted vegetables in a blender or with a hand blender. Season with pepper, salt and coriander. Leave the sauce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, so that the flavours can blend well.
