The Spanish chili, also known as the ‘normal’ pepper or cayenne pepper, is perhaps the most used pepper worldwide. The chili has a mildly hot taste, which means it can be used in any dish. The red chili is the hottest of the four different colours. The green chili is the least spicy chili and the orange chili is very related to the red pepper in terms of heat but has a slightly more fruity taste. The taste of the yellow chili is, just like the orange, nice and fruity, but slightly less spicy than the red/orange pepper, but also very suitable for spicy dishes!
