The Naga Jolokia Sauce is a super hot sauce made with red Naga Jolokia chillies. The Naga Jolokia is also known as the Bhut Jolokia and Ghost pepper, and scores on the Scoville scale as one of the hottest chillies in the world. The chilli pepper is believed to come from Nagaland, a state of India, and is named after a poisonous snake from the region. The sauce is made from pure chilli peppers with minimal additions and is therefore rich in flavour.

Warning: Be careful when processing this sauce! This Naga sauce is for people who dare to use these kinds of extremely hot sauces!

Store the sauce in a cool, dark and dry place. For example, in the cellar or a cool pantry. After opening store in the refrigerator.

See the beste before date on the label of the bottle. After opening, the shelf life is limited. We recommend 4 weeks, but can be longer if it still looks, smells and tastes good.

The sauces are produced at a local company in the Netherlands, in small batches to ensure an exclusive product. The fresh Naga Jolokia’s that are processed in this sauce come from the Netherlands (April-November) or Israel (November-April).

The sauces are produced when we have enough fresh peppers in stock. This may result in a sauce not being available for a longer period of time.
